Happy Birthday Miss Jen!

This cake was actually made weeks ago as I would be absent on Jen's actual birthday. And by that I mean, that it was both baked and served weeks ago, and not made weeks ago and only served today. Because that would be gross.

But since today's her actual birthday, I thought it fitting to post the pictures today. Happy 26th (?) birthday, Jen!
